Slowcooker Rendered Lard that is Super Easy

Unrendered pork fat
Instructions
Roughly chop your pork fat.
Process the fat in a food processor or blender.
Set your slowcooker to high (may need to do it on low if your slowcooker runs on the high side.
Stir every so often and break apart the chunks.
When the fat resembles deep fried chicken it is ready to be strained.
Strain fat through a coffee filter over a sieve and into a jug or bowl.
Store in glass jars. And enjoy some yummy cracklings!
