Servings 1 4oz

Equipment

  • 4oz glass jar

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsps Baking Soda may need to add more in summer, you want it to look more like a paste than soup
  • 2 Tbsp Real salt or Ground Himalayan
  • 1 tablespoon xylitol powder or Erythritol powder optional If you don’t have ground you can make your own by grinding granulated in a coffee grinder
  • 1 tsp Clove Powder

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix till all is combined and no lumps are left.
  • Put the toothpaste in the 4oz jar.
  • To use, put your brush in the paste and brush as usual. Make one for each person in your household so your not sharing germs.
  • Also if you are short on ingredients you can halve the recipe. The container in the picture I think is more 2oz to 3oz, I reused a jar that had Honey in it.
  • Here’s to a happy healthy smiles!

Notes

If your coconut oil is too hard you can warm it in a saucepan and then mix it with your other ingredients. Adjust salt and baking soda if you need to get a paste consistency.
