One Pan Meal Buttery Garlic Shrimp with Kielbasa and Vegetables
One Pan Meals are simple and easy on clean up. This one pan buttery shrimp and kielbasa with vegetables will have everyone wanting more. So buttery and full of flavor and with minimal effort. What's not to love?

- 1 Turnip
- 1 lb potatoes
- 1/2 lb Radishes
- 1 lb Medium Shrimp
- 2 14 oz Packages of Kielbasa
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup Grassfed Butter
- Old Bay Seasoning to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Parsley
- 2 Garlic Cloves
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat oven to 400F.
Cut all vegetables into around 1 inch cubes and slice the kielbasa. Add the vegetables and kielbasa to your baking try.
Cut your butter in halve and dice it into 6 or 8 slices. Sprinkle over your vegetables and kielbasa.
Bake for 15 minutes and stir. Bake for another 15 and stir, then remove tray from oven.
Move your vegetables and Kielbasa to the left to make room for the shrimp.
Melt butter in a small saucepan and add your parsley and garlic. Once just melted, remove your saucepan from the heat.
Lay your shrimp in the space you have made for it and pour the butter all over the shrimp. Toss to coat. Add lemon slices on top of the shrimp and sprinkle with Old Bay.
Put tray back in the oven for 7 more minutes and enjoy!
Bonus: it makes really yummy leftovers!
